Most of sub-funds of the AXA Rosenberg Equity Alpha Trust are reviewed on an annual basis by Standards & Poor’s analysts and have qualified for S&P Fund Rating.

Since launch, the above funds have produced a strong track record as a result of the AXA Rosenberg investment process. Over the five years to end December 2007:

41% of the Funds were in the top quartile in their respective peer group.
83% of the Funds were above the median in their respective peer group.
