Fees/Charges & Minimum Investments
The AXA Rosenberg Equity Alpha Funds have several classes of units that are intended for either Institutional (classes A) or Retail (classes B, E, R). These classes have different minimum investment amounts and different management fees that are summarised in the table below.

1The preliminary fee is currently waived by the Manager.
2The Class E is only registered in Spain, Italy, and France.
3The Class R is intended for the UK unitholders. This class distributes dividends on an annual frequency.
