IMPORTANT NOTE TO HONG KONG INVESTORS
1. The AXA Rosenberg Equity Alpha Trust is organised as an umbrella under UCITS IV Regulations and with multiple sub-funds investing in equities securities, each with a different risk profile.
2. Investment involves risks. Those sub-funds investing in small capitalization companies should be regarded as having higher volatility and liquidity risks given the nature of small capitalization securities. Those sub-funds investing in a single market should be regarded as having higher risks of concentration than those sub-funds investing in multiple markets, which have a more diversified exposure. Investors may be subject to substantial losses. Past performance is not indicative of future performance.
3. The investment decision is yours but you should not invest unless the intermediary which offers you the sub-funds has advised you that the sub-funds are suitable for you and has explained why, including that investment in the sub-funds will be consistent with your investment objectives.
4. This material has not been reviewed by SFC. Investors should not only base on this marketing material alone to make investment decisions. Investors should also refer to the offering document for further details including the risk factors.
