The AXA Rosenberg Equity Alpha Trust ("the Trust") is organised as an open-ended Unit Trust and is authorised by the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority ("the Irish Financial Services Regulator") as an Undertaking for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities pursuant to EEC Directives 85/611 and 88/220. The Trust is structured as an umbrella unit trust and offers multiple sub-funds with different classes. The Manager of the Trust is AXA Rosenberg Management Ireland Ltd. The Manager has appointed AXA Rosenberg Investment Management Ltd. ("AXA Rosenberg") as the Investment Manager.
