IMPORTANT NOTE TO HONG KONG INVESTORS
1. The AXA Rosenberg Equity Alpha Trust is organised as an umbrella under UCITS IV Regulations and with multiple sub-funds investing in equities securities, each with a different risk profile.

Those sub-funds investing in small capitalization companies should be regarded as having higher volatility and liquidity risks given the nature of small capitalization securities. Those sub-funds investing in a single market should be regarded as having higher risks of concentration than those sub-funds investing in multiple markets, which have a more diversified exposure. With effect 1st September 2011, the Comision Clasificadora de Riesgo ("the CCR") has suspended he listing of all foreign mutual funds with Irish domicile.
This delisting decision follows the Republic of Ireland's rating downgrade by Standard and Poor's ("S&P").
According to the CCR's listing requirements, S&P ratings should be minimum A.
The AXA Rosenberg Equity Alpha Trust ("the Trust") is organised as an open-ended Unit Trust and is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland ("the Central Bank") as an Undertaking for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities pursuant to Directive 2009/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009. The Trust is structured as an umbrella unit trust and offers multiple sub-funds with different classes. The Manager of the Trust is AXA Rosenberg Management Ireland Ltd. The Manager has appointed AXA Rosenberg Investment Management Ltd. ("AXA Rosenberg") as the Investment Manager.
